Google Chrome extension for JoyRack Games updated

Over the last few weeks, students from Oxford College, Bangalore headed by Vimal Kumar worked with me on revamping our Google Chrome extension. The current version is available at the Google Extensions gallery at https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/feoeppebgjbdjgmlckfhnbjikmcdbhkg

The current version lets you browse through the games under categories such as Action, Sports, Racing, Strategy, Puzzles etc and lets you play games right from the extension.

Good work Vimal and your team! In the coming weeks, they will be adding more social features to the extension.

Google Chrome Extension for JoyRack Games

Now you can quickly launch latest games from JoyRack.com directly if you are using Google Chrome. We are pleased to launch our Google Chrome extension for JoyRack Games. The extension displays latest games from JoyRack.com and lets the user read the description of the game and launch it directly. The extension also updates automatically to the latest version when a new version is made available.


Extension URL: http://www.joyrack.com/chrome/joyrackgames.crx

To install the extension, just point you Google chrome browser to the Extension URL.

Note that you should be using the you will need to be using the developer channel of Google Chrome browser as Extensions are not yet supported in the public release. Also, add --enable-extensions to the command line to enable extensions.
